Small Bore Stainless Steel Cylinders are available in 1-1/8″ (28mm) bore only. These are sealed with ethylene propylene rubber compound. The temperature range is -65° to +300°F (-54° to +149°C). These are used in high-speed cylinder applications to reduce shock and noise. Bumpers are positioned between heads and the piston, increasing the cylinder length by 1/2″ (12.7mm) for each bumper installed. Spring is installed in cylinder to retract or extend the rod.
