Our SSRs are assembled in molded plastic packages which contain the components and the optical coupling medium. We provide 6, 8 & 14 pin dual-in-line (DIP) as well as surface mount low profile small-outline (SOP) or single-in-line (SIP) packages. These plastic packages can dissipate about 500mw of power. We can also assemble in ceramic and metal packages for higher power dissipation applications.
