Description: Custom made soft vinyl products of any size, shape and colour, ranging from small protective caps to big shrouds are offered. Soft vinyl caps can be produced in any size and wall thickness from 0.5 to 3.5 mm. Soft vinyl products have hardness of 30-80 shore A and can be provided in high as well as low temperature grades with excellent thermal and electrical insulations. The products are used for tool tip protection, dust proof, packing, colour identification and insulation applications. Corner protection caps are used for damage prevention of sharp corners.
