Solenoid Magnets
Description: Leader Electronics Corporation has designed and developed twelve models of AC and DC solenoid magnets for a definite pull motion under automatic or distant control in connection with electrically driven machinery. The solenoids are made of high-grade electrical steel which does not develop residual magnetism. The magnets comprise of `C' type laminated and `I' type laminated plunger and specially designed steel brackets for application of various types of mounting. We also provide DC tubular type solenoid magnets constructed from `EN' material duly machined. A chemical process is done on the moving plunger rubber seating. The bush are made of gun-metal oil is bound on either side of the solenoid for trouble free and smooth operation. 3 PCD threaded holes are provided at ¼ inches BSP on either side of the solenoid for rigid mounting. These are available from ½ to 10 kg pulling torque at a stroke length of 12 mm. These are mainly used in conveyors, elevators, textiles, machinery, and various electronics business equipment.
