Profile: Sollas Holland B.V. is a manufacturer of wrapping and banding machines. We specialize in the manufacture of over wrapping, banding, stretch-banding, 4-side sealing and case-packing machines. Our products are used in perfume/cosmetics, paper ware, confectionery, digital-media, tobacco, pharmaceutical and cards/flat products industries. We provide different types of collating, turning and tilting solutions for creating the desired bundle. Our over wrapping machine takes a length of film from a roll and folds it around a product. Our 4-side sealing is a packaging style which is used to pack flat products in film. The product is placed between two layers of film or a pre-folded film, and then all 4 sides of the pack are sealed. The packed products can be separated to be handled a single items or they can be packed in strings of a pre-determined number of products. We provide packaging machines such as bandum MPC, FSM-series, miniflex, M-series, SB-530 and Sollas basic. Our FSM500 is a high-speed 4-sided sealing machine for flat products, such as telephone cards. It has high speed servo drive, production speed of up to 500 cycles per minute, industrial PC control, user-friendly operation with soft-touch display, heat seal & ultrasonic security sealing technology, compact design, small footprint, quick change-over facility, accurate insert feeding and downstream stacking & counting device. Our miniFlex is a semi-automatic overwrapping machine. It provides a high quality wrap for small batches or series. It has patented universal folding system, PLC control with soft touch display, adjustments on the folding unit are with numeric indicators and film slitting on film roll.
