We have developed the special welding machine for wedge wire independently. The machine is based on the advanced designing concept. Wedge wire is made of several profile types, offering a perfectly flat and smooth surface with rectangular openings. All wires and rods are resistance welded at each point of contact. It is the most commonly used profile wire giving screening efficiency over the whole range in most applications. The wire has a variety of features such as sieve slit uniform, stable welding quality, high porosity, long service life, strength, stiffness and carrying capacity. Wedge wire is widely used in architecture, such as building, office, elevator, stairs and in decoration. It could be also used as drain covers for shopping malls, plazas, swimming pools, fountain garage and public areas. We are producing three models of wedge wires.
