MillCreek is a waterproof basement floor product that combines the natural beauty of hardwood with a reliable flooring construction that has been specifically created for the basement environment. Our basement finishing sub floors create a vapor barrier between carpet and the concrete floor below using interlocking PVC floor tiles. Each tile sits on raised pegs that create an airspace below, allowing water vapor to move around and not be trapped underneath the floor. The airspace beneath also forms a thermal break, allowing the surface of ThermalDry floor tiles to be 8-10 degrees warmer than the colder concrete below.
