Profile: Spiroll Precast Services Ltd. is a provider of pre-stressing equipment. We provide custom built multi-stressing systems, stressing pumps, jacks and grips. Our stressing grips are used for all pre-stressed concrete applications from 3 mm wire up to 18 mm strand. Our stressing jacks are used to pull wire from 3 mm up to 7 mm. Our SR3000 pumps are designed to provide stressing operation, and their robust construction offers protection even in the toughest factory conditions. Our stressing grips include open grips, spring loaded anchors, and double ended joints. Our double ended joints (DEJ) enable two lengths of strand or wire to be connected together. They consist of two tapered barrels, each containing a wedge & spring joined together by a knurled center plug, allowing simple & safe assembly.
