Spray Chill Systems produces controlled release flavoring and coloring agents. The apparatus and processes for obtaining generally solid flavoring and coloring agents which can be used to release flavors and aromas and coloring in a balanced manner. The unit consists of an electromechanical system and a data acquisition/control system. Design concepts for the spray chill system are versatility, rapid change of spray parameters, and computer control of the electromechanical system.
