We offer PU foam pigs that are manufactured from open cell PU foam in various density, (low, medium and high) from 45 kg/m3 to 150 kg/m3 available in different sizes from 1 inches to 60 inches. These foam pigs are suitable for multiple diameter pipe line and short radius bends. These are used for wide range of applications like drying, cleaning, dewatering following hydrostatic testing and purging operation. We can offer these pigs with bare foam, coated with high performance PU elastomer in the backside, fully coated, coated with criss-cross pattern, and fixing silicon carbide strap or wire brush strap over the coating. We provide a wide range of regular elastomers. These are designed to provide diverse applications needs. Our elastomers are available in various shapes and sizes.
