Profile: Stangl Semiconductor Equipment AG produces special equipment for wet chemical processes for wafer fabrication in the semiconductor and photovoltaic fields. Our wet-process-systems process silicium/GaAs-wafer, solar cells as well as CIS-thin-layer-modules. We provide wet process systems for processing both solar cells and thin film cells. We offer wet process auxiliary systems such as supply & disposal of chemicals and automatic graphite boat cleaning. We also offer also the complete full chemical package, which includes the overall design, the plant, and even the pipework manufacture.
