Description: Vapomax Non-IBR Steam Boilers are offered in vertical design ranging from 50 kg/hr to 60 kg/hr. These boilers gets automatically on/off depending upon the steam requirement, there by minimum fuel is consumed and operating efficiency is increased. These boilers are of coil type and hence provide maximum safety from any hazardous explosion. The burner of the boiler is adjusted to a high CO2 content. Vapomax produces steam within three to four minutes from cold start to full pressure. The boiler raises alarm and shuts off on any abnormal conditions either due to oil, water or flame failure. These boilers are used in different rubber, paper and plastic industries, food industries and pharmaceutical industry.
