Description: Steel reinforced injection moulded fluoropolymer agitator is an equipment for use in extremely corrosive conditions. The difference between injection moulded surface and lined surface is that of the unique combination insert moulding of polymer and steel, providing perfect bonding between steel and fluoropolymer and in the process eliminating common problems like air gaps and bulging observed in lined surfaces. The end product is a joint-less combination of steel and polymer and used to fight corrosion. The seals are gland packing as well as single and double mechanical seals 10 to 10000 ltr capacity. The equipment is designed to operate at temperatures up to 125°C, pressure with vacuum; and viscosity up to 1000 pascal.
