Profile: Steelastic Co., LLC designs & manufactures systems for the automatic production of reinforced steel belts & fabrics. Our product line includes infra-red temperature monitoring, digital strip thickness measuring, creel spool loading system, screen filtration system and Steelastic® automatic pressure follower control systems. We develop bias breaker belts and all steel radial carcass plies for both the car & truck tire. We offer Steelastic® for the production of OTR breakers and plies. Our Steelastic® Steel Body Ply System is designed to produce steel cord body ply for radial truck tires. Our hot belt & ply gum edger systems are used for the automatic application of hot gum edging of radial tire steel belts and body plys.
