We offer solutions on issues such as raw material recommendations, can or end light weighting, size changes, material conversion, print support and training. We design unique tooling for use in cupping, body making, shells & ends, and easy-open end conversion. We also facilitate with installation, commissioning, mechanical & electrical services, maintenance, overhaul, removal and renewal of equipment. We involve machines like cupping systems, inside spray system, spray machines, can body light testers and delta gauge. Our dual gun spray machines are available as either single machine additions to an existing line, or as an integrated modular design with three to ten machines mounted on a common platform. Their vacuum chucks are used to rotate the can during spraying which reduces can damage. The swing-away gun mounts allow easy access to the spray nozzles for set-up and cleaning, and a locking mechanism ensures the gun mounts return to their precise set-up position.
