Profile: Stuvex Safety Systems Ltd. designs, implements & maintain systems that protect against dust explosions and fires in the processing industry. The StuvEx earthing control system safely discharges the truck, barrel or FIBC and subsequently permanently monitors the earthing. The system consists of a control unit, an earth clamp and a cable or cable reel. We have designed our temperature control system for applications where failure is not an option. Two temperature detectors are supplied standard, which makes the entire package SIL 2 compliant. The types of explosion isolation we use are existing process elements, like rotary valves, roots blowers, conveyer screws, double valves (according to the lock principle), or non-return valves.
