Profile: Sunair Electronics, LLC designs, manufactures and sells high frequency (HF) communications systems and peripherals utilized for long range voice & data communications. Our product line includes high frequency radios, couplers, data systems, and very high frequency radios (VHF) and accessories. Our R-2701 provides an RT-9000A digital HF/SSB transceiver, or an RT-2400A HF/SSB radio set, which has been equipped with an MD-2700/2724 DSC Controller, with the ability to scan up to six DSC distress and safety frequencies in the MF/HF bands automatically and continuously. This allows the RT-9000A or RT-2400A to be used for purposes other than scanning for distress calls. Our CU-9150 is a third generation high power antenna coupler which provides a unique flexibility to tune a wide variety of antennas over the entire HF band, a capability which is rarely seen in other couplers currently available. It is a form and function replacement of the earlier CU-9100. The CU-9150 uses a high speed digitally tuned network that is efficient and reliable to match 23' to 36' whip antennas. Long wire antenna configurations of various types from 50' to 150' are also supported when the optional long wire adapter is installed. The CU-9150 operates continuous duty, at power levels up to 1000 Watts (average), over the frequency range of 2 to 30 MHz.
