Our services include field machining, flange weld testing and line isolation as well as complete bolting. Our weld test plugs are used to perform localized hydrostatic testing of pipe welds. We use several types and styles of plugs that allow us to safely isolate the upstream gases and liquids through a series of pressure tested chambers with port monitoring. We offer hydro-inflatable that uses mechanical grippers to lock them into the pipe. We maintain a large fleet of rental equipment including hydraulic torque wrenches & pumps, sockets & backup wrenches, stud removal tools as well as weld test plugs.
