Profile: Sur-form Corp. deals with thermoforming and injection molding. Our single station thermoforming machine allows prototype patterns to be run without interrupting production machine schedules. We supply wood patterns, which are machined via CNC or hand built using a two-part epoxy. We are an ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001 certified company.
