Description: Santec builds different kinds of hydraulic based fully automatic swaging machines, rotary swaging machine for tubes or pipes depending on the size & design of swaged tubes. The machines are very robust in design and have the capacity ranging from 25mm to 150mm O.D. of tubes. It is build and designed as per international standards with internationally reputed make from Rex roth/Vickers/Polyhydron or Dowty valves mounted on a specially designed compact manifold block minimizing piping & chances of leakage. It is featured with double sealing arrangement that prevents scratching of bore in case of seal failure and the back up seal offers additional sealing that allows the machine to be used for some time at a little pressure drop while awaiting seal replacements, thus avoiding downtime. Its frame is fabricated out of ultrasonically tested quality plates and fully stress-relieved after welding for longer life of the machines. The machines are available principally in two designs - push type and rotary cum push type. The machine is equipped with electrical panel that is mounted on right side of frame. The electricals comprises of motor starter with overload & single phasing preventor and other components like contactors, and relays of reputed make. The panel is wired as per the general industrial electrical standards.
