Sweetmeat (ladoo & Pedha) Machine

Description: A fully automatic machine has been developed for preparing popular Indian sweetmeats, like ladoo rounding machine and pedha machine. This machine is suitable for rounding almost every item, that is, ladoo, churma ladoo, besan ladoo, motalya ladoo, nankhatai, bateka vada and kachori. The machine works on single phase 220V AC. The electricity consumption of the machine is very low. This machine is fully automatic, that is, one has just to put the material into the hopper and the machine does the rest of the job. Any unskilled worker can operate the machine. It can produce approximately 50 to 60 pieces per minute (according to size and material). After a ladoo comes out from the machine it will automatically arrange it into the tray. A separate machine for pedha pressing can be attached to the mother machine. This attachment is suitable for pressing pedhas. Among the well-known users of this machine are Amul Dairy and Akshardham Mandir.
