Profile: Systco - Unilap Ltd. supplies cutting tools to the woodworking trade. We use up to date C.N.C. machinery for sharpening TCT tools and profile grinding. We provide circular saws, polycrystalline diamond tooling, tungsten carbide tipped tools and solid tungsten tooling. Our spiral solid tungsten cutters have a helical flute design which results in a reduced contact with the material. Faster feed rates are possible yet maintaining a smooth finish. Our PCD tooling is ideally suited for materials which have an abrasive effect-MDF-chipboard, either raw, laminated or veneered.
