Profile: TWM Die Tools designs and manufactures die-casting tools for the pressure die casting industry. Designed and manufactured for aluminum & zinc components, our tooling covers a range up to a machine size of 600t. We provide prototype engineering service, which offers prototypes machined from solid aluminum for the proving of component design. Our comprehensive 2D and 3D design using solids & surface modeling software ensure accurate design of components & tooling. Our design software supports: draft angle analysis, split line generation, parting surfaces, core, cavity and slide movement representation. Our design software tools include Visi-modeling, Visi mold, Visi analysis, Visi electrode and NC graphics toolmaker. Utilizing the design information supplied from the tooling model, impression forms are rough machined.
