Our specialized process for the devulcanization of various types of rubber compounds works by breaking the cured cross-link chain in our reclaimed material without the use of chemicals and other reclaiming agents. Our devulcanized elastomers, blended with virgin elastomer compounds, can be utilized in molded, extruded & calendered applications and also it is recommended that our devulcanized material can be used as a direct polymer substitute rather than as filler.
