The HCT3 Helmet camera gives operators a compact versatile camera system that records and/or transmits what the operator sees and hears. The onbarod mini-DVR records video and audio to a 4GB SD card that is included with every unit. The new HCT3 has a combo mounting system which allows to choose between rail mount and velcro mount.
