Profile: Tailor Made Designs Ltd. is a manufacturer of timber frame houses and engineered timber products. Our timber frame panels are 3.6 m long. External wall panels utilize 140 mm studs with an external layer of sheathing. Breather paper is then fitted using polypropylene tape and stainless steel staples. We supply brickwork ancillaries, which are used in timber frame construction. Our brickwork ancillaries include brickwork lintels and wall ties. Cavity barriers and joinery batten are also supplied with timber frame kits. Trussed rafters are made from kiln-dried timber joined together with steel nailplates. They provide a structural framework to support the roof fabric, ceilings or floors. We are accredited with ISO 9001:2000 certification.
