We manufacture stainless, plastic, carbon steel, chrome steel, polypropylene, nylon, polyacetal, ceramic, brass and bronze balls. We also manufacture grinding and burnishing media. Grinding media is required for mineral processing operations using media mills. Different types of mills require customized grinding media with respect to chemical compatibility, viscosity and size. The hardened steel balls are available in different hardness, as required, in both high carbon steel and chrome alloy steel. For specific applications, stainless steel media and balls are also used for grinding & milling. Our chrome steel balls are widely applied in bearing, ball screw, linear motion guide, automotive parts, chemical, food processing, ink and paint. We develop process options to manufacture our product on any grade and material.
