Profile: Techman Engineering Limited provides bespoke services. Our core machining processes are deep hole boring, turning and milling. These are supplemented by a number of complementary support processes. CNC turning can accommodate most CNC turning processes, including thread forms conforming to API spec 7-2. Our small lathe cell offers capacities from the very small component up to 3 m in length. Our automatic hydraulic saw is capable of cutting material up to 400 mm diameter, and accommodating lengths of up to 11 m. Our CNC controlled ceramic shot peen machine can treat external and internal diameters & threads on products up to 10 m in length.
