Our CIPP sectional point repair system provides structural repairs without digging the existing pipeline or lining the entire pipeline. We offer industrial vacuum services, hydroblasting, pumping, filter media services, robotic video pipeline inspection and CIPP sectional point repairs. Pipe bursting is a method of replacing old pipes with a new pipe. The new pipe has the same or a larger inner diameter. This is accomplished by pulling a hardened steel splitting head through the old pipe. The new pipe is attached to the back of the splitting head and is pulled in as the old pipe is split & expanded. The new pipe follows the path of the old one and lies in its place. There are two types of pipe bursting, static and pneumatic. Our specialized pumping equipment ranges in size from small trash pumps to large hydraulically driven sludge pumps. We transfer flows in excess of 50MGD, as well as small municipal flows from .1MGD. Our hydraulic Sludge Boss line of equipment moves heavy solids and sludge through our HDPE or rubber discharge systems to desired locations.
