Profile: Teknicote, Inc. offers contract powder-coating operations. Our automated systems include chain on edge, reel-to-reel and overhead conveyor system designs. Our capabilities include electronic pin connector up to 48" x 72" and lengths of 25 feet. We offer six manual lines of various sizes with coordinating ovens, fluidized bed coating, fusion coating and Teflon® coating. Our secondary processing technique includes chemical and salt stripping.
