Our walk-in stability chamber is a light weight sandwich panel with double walled construction and backside triple wall. It features 3 inches thick PUF insulation which ensures stable temperature with humidity & reduced energy consumption. Our chamber includes motorized blower at the back of the chamber for recirculation of air to develop unique air flow system which ensures maximum uniform temperature & humidity conditions inside the chamber. Muffle furnace includes heating element wound with high grade wool blanket. The gaps are filled with suitable insulating material, and single door made of brick work & cementing fitted in with single hole at the center. Heating is affected by means of element made of nichrome wire for 930°C, and A1 wire for 1200°C wound on the muffle.
