Profile: Texas Flow Iron specializes in offering a complete range of flow line products. We provide integral fittings, pup joints, hammer unions, cementing & circulation loops, and swivel joints. We provide swivel joints that range from 1" to 4" and can handle up to 6,000 psi for standard service. We also offer long sweep swivel joints, which are designed to withstand working pressures of 7,500 to 20,000 psi. Long sweep swivel joints are rated up to 15,000 psi. They are made from heat-treated material to withstand high pressures. They have a dual-purpose packing composed of an anti-extrusion ring to reduce friction, and an active seal to prevent the fluid from leaking. All swivel joints have smooth bore finishes to ensure smooth flow. We also offer a full line of forged fittings with integral connections or wing union end connections. They are available in combinations, such as male by male & male by female, to suit all installations. The crosses, tees, and ells are available in sizes ranging from 1" to 4" & can handle up to 15,000 psi for standard service or sour gas service. The pup joints are one-piece construction made from alloy steel and feature wing union end connections that eliminate welds & threads. The pup joints are capable of handling a variety of fluids and a working pressure of 15,000 psi. Available in lengths up to 12 feet, they are pressure rated to 10,000 psi for sour gas service. Our unions come with full traceability and are manufactured from the highest quality raw materials. All of our flow line products meet API 6A and API 16C requirements, as well as NACE-MR-01-75.
