Profile: The Ants Nest company specializes in reproducing and packaging emblems that defines manufacturing sectors, companies and industries. We determine to print and engineer emblem in relation to companies and industries promotion. Our product line covers products namely bubble plates, pre-spaced images, stickers and labels. Bubble plates are self adhesive labels with a clear plastic dome to give a lens like appearance. It consists of graphic layer and resin dome. Graphic layer forms the basis of the nameplate and can be printed onto standard self adhesive vinyls or can be constructed from different adhesives and face films to meet specific requirements. On the other side resin dome which is applied to the graphics layer, using CNC equipment for accuracy and consistency, is a UV stable plastic resin which gives a glossy hard wearing surface. Stickers and labels are self adhesive films, screen printed with specified design. It can be applied to most clean, dry and dust free surfaces and used for decorative, warning, security, instructional and informative labeling.
