We provide thermoset rigid laminates, flexible laminates, insulating paper and films, kraft paper & films, thermal insulation boards and thermoplastic materials. Our materials are used in applications such as electrical equipment, electric motors, generators, transformers, switchgear, electronics, printed circuit boards, electric heating, mechanical applications, aerospace applications, medical applications and molding equipment. Our services include application engineering, composite engineering, paper and film converting, kitting & assembly services. Our thermoset rigid laminates are the primary materials which include substrates such as paper, cotton cloth, and glass cloth along with a resin & adhesive such as epoxy, melamine or silicone, to make a thermoset laminate. To make a thermoset laminate the base material is coated with the adhesive, so that layers of material can be pressed into sheet form under heat & pressure. Our kraft paper and pressboard materials are produced using cellulose fiber as the base material, and this kraft paper is available in a wide variety of forms & grades according to the special treatment given to the paper for a particular application. Pressboards are manufactured by pressing layers of cellulose paper under heat & pressure much like a laminate.
