Profile: The Scatter Works, Inc. offers products and services to organizations that utilize optical scatterometry as a means to monitor & control manufacturing processes across a wide range of industries. Our products and services are all related to light scatter measurement & analysis. We operate a CASI Scatterometer in a small clean room. These measurements are used as a measure of quality for optical surface finishes & films. This CASI system is capable of making both transmissive & reflective scans within the incident plane and can make limited measurements out of the incident plane as well.
