Profile: The Warefield Engineering Ltd supplies steel pipes & tubes, steel bar, plate & wire as well pipe fittings and valves. Our drill pipes have standard API grades and upsets with the tool joints to meet drilling requirements. We offer the long internal upset transition on its tube, which lessens stress and lengthens drill pipe life. Our directional drilling have all sizes and are manufactured by friction welding tool joints on each end of a manufactured heavy wall tube. The tube section has an enlarged center section which has three spiral grooves, each decreasing in depth as they reach the midpoint of the tube. This causes the tube to be more flexible toward the ends and more rigid in the center.
