Thermal Cut Outs
Description: Mikron Control Co offers thermal cut out in two main types- automatic and manual reset disc type. These thermal cut outs are used in applications like vacuum cleaners, geysers, coffee machines, electric kettles, food warmers, rice cookers, photocopy machines, microwave ovens, toasters, dish washers, electric blankets, heating pads, heat sinks, motors, overhead projectors, induction furnace, UPS and invertors. The cut outs are rated at 6, 10, 16 and 20 A at 250 V AC having operating temperature 40?C to 190?C (at an interval of 10?C). The thermal response system operates by means of a snap action bimetallic disc. The switch system is current insensitive and reacts to external thermal load. The snap action ensures chatter free operation, high switch performances along with long service life.
