Description: Unitherm VVT five pass Thermic Fluid Heater is designed to cater to the heat requirement of the process industries where consistent temperature with fuel efficiency is utmost required. The VVT is widely used for industries like textiles, edible oil plants, laminates, plywood and foods where there is a necessity for multi operation accessibility to the heat surface area and need for ash removal. This system is a forced circulation andss fully automatic thermic fluid heater. The thermic fluid is circulated in a closed loop through heater and user equipment where the heat is dissipated through process. The same thermic fluid is re-circulated through heater for reheating. The expansion and deaerator tanks ensure a pressure less and vapor free Unitherm System. This system has 2 sets of heat exchangers (3RC + 2CE). It has a largr heat transfer surface, adequate; fuel gas pass & velocity, which gives increased head transfer efficiency. It has a multiple ash-collecting device at both the heat exchangers to collect almost all fly ash, which can be removed during operation with great ease and thus provides consistent efficiency and output. The radiant heater exchanger (3RC) of this heater has 2 sets of helical tube coil and roof coil manufactured from boiler tubes of adequate thickness ensuring longer life of heater. The convective heater exchanger (2CE) of this heater has 2 sets of multi start helical tube coils ensure two passes of flue gas, heavy duty MS shell with adequate insulation and cladding keeps heat losses to minimum. The dust collector provided at bottom, can be easily opened on hinge for heater cleaning. The external furnace uses fuel of user's choice.
