Description: Thermic Fluid Heaters & Hot Water Generators manufactured by Aero Therm Systems, has been manufacturing and exporting different kind of engineering products. Since then we have been making forays into various application segments of industries like breweries and distilleries, bitumen plant, chemicals, cables & conductors, food & pharmaceuticals, fertilisers, hotels & hospitals, packaging, plastics, petrochemicals, powder coating, rubbers & textiles by supplying related equipment. We offer thermic fluid heaters/hot water generators having capacities from 30,000 kCal/hr to 20,00,000 kCal/hr. Maximum operating temperature is 300°C for thermic fluid/130°C for hot water. The concentric coils are made from MS seamless tube of ASTM A 106 Gr-B. The unit is equipped with high efficiency oil/gas burner with air pre-heater arrangement which gives high thermal efficiency 87 ± 2% on NCV. The unit is outside the purview of IBR.
