Our packing board has been designed as a method of delivering an amount of chippings to small voided areas beneath the sleeper. Ballast boards are manufactured from an attrition resistant bonding material, which ensures that each stone in the board is able to resist wear. Submerged arc welding process avoids the need for pre-heating or post weld heat treatment. The process has a high deposition rate, enabling large repairs in a short timescale.
