Thermowell

Description: Thermowells are of barstock type and has protection sheath. It is designed as single piece solid hexagon and round barstock, deep drilled and machined with a tapered hot end and parallel stock. It is designed as per ASME PTC 19.3 or to suit the pressure rating and velocity. The bore is designed to suit OD of inset/element, bore concentricity within + 10% WT. It is built up beyond 500 mm immersion and for medium pressure application. It has a built up construction with 50/ 100/150 mm tapered barstock drilled tip, welded to seamless '/z″ sch 40/80/160 pipe for balance length. Materials used are SS 304/316/321/310/446/ inconel/incoloy/ hastelloy/monel. Protection sheath is fabricated from seamless tube with hot end plug welded and process connection welded on are available for low pressure application. The other product range includes vacuum breaker, breather valve, pressure reducing valve, non-return valve, manifold/needle valve, ball valve, hydraulic test pump, condensing pot, 'Raytek' non-contact pyrometer range - 32° to 3000°C and manometer `U' tube/single limb & inclined.
