Description: Rittal RiLine60 busbar technology is a reliable and cost effective power distribution system. The concept is one power distribution system for three types of rails - for flat copper and Rittal PLS rails (amperage of 800 A and 1600 A). This provides a platform for an extended range of applications. The modular individual components and can cut inventory costs substantially. The system structure, consisting of holder, base tray, and busbars constitutes new safety and functional units with identical system dimensions. The rails of rectangular and Rittal PLS format can easily be inserted in the respective holders. In case of the flat bar holder the height compensation is easily made for the 5-mm rails by slide. The integrated locating block is automatically adapted to widths of 15, 20, 25, or 30 mm. The range includes a newly developed connection adaptor line, which provides for each cross section, the correct connection by means of six stepped versions - also for looping-through. The device adaptor is available in two different basic versions - one with a new type of base tray mounting and the other one for snap-on mounting. The connection technique is available in three versions. The classic version with connection cables fitted as standard; the flexible version with integrated tension spring terminals; and like lightning version with receptacle and outlet block.
