Our titanium & tantalum fabricated products include heat exchangers, reactor vessels, chemical mixers, columns & towers, mechanical seals, pumps and blowers. Heat exchangers are used to transfer heat from one medium to another and to maintain a required temperature in the system without allowing the medium to mix. Heat gets transferred through tube wall. The design of heat exchangers usually includes tube diameter, thickness, length, pitch and corrugation. These are extensively used in industries for cooling & heating in large scale process & systems. Heat exchanger includes boilers, evaporators, superheaters, condensers, and coolers. Shell and tube heat exchangers include a series of tubes. One set of tube contains the fluids that are heated/cooled. Through the other set, fluid passes over and gets heated/cooled so that they give out heat/absorb the heat. A set of such tubes is called tube bundle. Reactor vessel consists of reactor body and has inlets for reaction zone & bed of catalyst to accelerate the chemical process. Vessels are built to withstand high pressure in the system. Reactor vessels are provided with single/multiple flow path for circulating coolant to give cooling to the process which is very useful. These vessels are commonly used in the chemical and refining industries in process such as desulfurization, hydro cracking, polymerization and hydrogenation process.
