Gantry platform is constructed of rigid, welded steel tubing and can be configured to almost any height, width & length. In addition to the single table design we have built machines with twin tables, mulitple spindles and multiple processes. Our gantry platform can be configured for milling, drilling, routing, waterjet cutting, laser cutting, laser cladding, plasma cutting, ultrasonic cutting and welding. CNC laser welding or cutting machines are configured for specific appliactions and designed for maximum beam on time. These machines typically make use of multiple servos for fixturing, loadind/unloading and part presentation.
