Touch Screen Car Operating Panel
The kiosk-style touch-screen interface can be placed in the elevator car, replacing the traditional looking push button panel. This has an additional functionality, such as a display for floor indication with all messages which are used in elevator system. This new touch screen panel also displays audio visual commercial, which can be a very good source of revenue generation, through display of video commercials and a feature like building directory, which helps the person select the preferred floor number. This touch screen panel will have a familiar grid of buttons to press that we currently use to direct an elevator, but in a visual form. The touch screen display has a software, customisable to fit the requirements of both the customer and building applications. The touch screen can be equipped with an optional directory function, which allows the passengers to enter their destination by selecting a building tenant from a drop-down listing.
