We also offer rubber O-rings, suspension bush, silent block bushes, rubber gaskets, torque rod bush, cushion foot mountings, rubber bellows, rubber buffers, suspension link, and stabilizer bushes. Suspension bushes include rubber NR which is used to securely bond between inner & outer metal to give maximum axial, radial, and torsional stiffness. These are manufactured in injection type of molding machines. The dimensions of the metal parts are controlled by grinding process. To get maximum bonding strength, the metal parts are chemically treated (PHOSPHATIZED) before adhesive application.
