Triple Diamond Plastics produces plastic pallets and bins. Our products include collapsible bins, edge rackable pallets, nestable pallets, stackable pallets, printer pallets, export pallets, food pallets, distribution pallets and custom structural foam molded products. We focus on distribution packaging, including engineering plastic pallets and collapsible bins. We also specialize in custom solutions.
Our plastic pallets are perfect for all of the distribution packaging needs. Our pallets can be converted to stackable pallets by adding one of our runner systems. All of our plastic pallets can be converted to stackable pallets by adding one of our runner systems, either the 3-runner system, or the full perimeter (or picture frame) runner system. We meet and perform in accordance to ASTM and ISTA standards. We are an ISO 9001/2000 certified company.
Collapsible Bin 45 x 48 x 34
Our bins meet or exceed test severity levels described in the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) Returnable Container Performance Test Guidelines. The tests were conducted in accordance with the American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM).
Plastic Pallets
Our Plastic Pallets are lightweight, therefore reducing the cost of freight charges when shipping products. They can be used for various types of shipping needs as they are made in various sizes. Plastic Pallets can easily be sanitized which makes it great for the food industry, they do not absorb odors, acids, or cleaning solvents, and will not rot as wood does. They can be stacked and stored in all kinds of weather, and take us less room as a wooden pallet. Plastic Pallets are safer than wood, as they have no sharp edges, nails or staples. They are enhancing the plant safety with fewer costs to workmens compensation claims due to injury to workers. There are also no maintenance costs and the pallets are completely recyclable. These pallets have a greater load bearing capacity, they are easier to manipulate manually or with a forklift. Plastic Pallets automatically meet the standard requirements for the over seas shipping market.

Stackable Pallets
Our Stackable Plastic Pallets are Ideal for export, pharmaceutical, medical and food applications. These plastic pallets allow stacking for efficient storage. Stackable pallets allow 4-way forklift access. Plastic pallets feature a serrated deck that allows drainage.
