Description: Trolley Mounted Pumps, SHP/CMS Pumps are ideally suitable for transfer application. It is equipped with self priming pumps for trouble-free performance. Features include: compact and reliable foot valve that prevents loss of transfer liquid, effortless easily maneuverable trolley, provision for locating the suction & delivery hose, in-built foundation for coupled pump set to give precise alignment and available in variety of materials to suit liquid applications. It is available in different range that includes sizes ranging from 1" to 2-1/2", capacity of 550 LPM, maximum head of 280 mlc maximum, temperature of 100°C maximum, suction lift of 8 mlc maximum (with reduced flow rate). Pump features vertically split suction, intermediate and discharge casings clamped together by external tie bolt & sealed with gaskets. Pump uses soft graphite lubricated asbestos. Special design of stuffing boxes with mechanical seals is also available. The suction and discharge nozzle is top vertical, the flanges are oval flange or round flange required by the design, the round flanges when provided correspond to international standards, the direction of rotation is clockwise as viewed from the driving end, for suction more than 4 mlc, the capacity reduces and the pump must be filled with liquid before they are started for the first time. It is constructed with special type of material that includes suction/delivery casings and stage casings that are closed grain cast iron, impellers made of bronze, shaft and keys made of stainless steel 410 and clamping studs of type EN-8. Advantages include automatic de-aeration of suction line that can transfer gas or vapor along with the liquid.
