Description: Truck-mounted cranes and mini-crawler cranes are used for erection applications in extremely constrained spaces as well as inside various floors/levels of buildings. Features include total hydraulic system for fast, smooth and easy operations, extendable telescopic boom, lift/lower of boom 1°-78°, wire rope to lift and lower objects, 360° continuous rotation, numerous safety features, suitability on Indian trucks, and requirement of minimum servicing. The advantages are elimination of separate mobilization of vehicle and crane, need for scheduling of vehicle and crane, reduction in the working range of crane and minimal set-up time improving productivity, safety and lead-times; faster operations increase productive utilization, elimination of space constraints permitting simultaneously other operations in the same area, ability to handle demanding and divergent tasks such as transporting heavy machinery, erection, delivering building material, plant maintenance, handling pre-fob constructions, installation jobs, maintaining rail roads, timber transportation and gardening. Safety features incorporated include pressure relief valve for hydraulic circuit, counterbalance valves for boom raising and boom telescoping cylinders, pilot-operated check valves for vertical outrigger cylinders and boom angle indicator with load indicator.
