The basic machine is equipped with patented point laser to perform accurate scanning of blades with best accuracy and speed. The system is built on CMM platform and offers an automatic alignment function, which obviates need of expensive fixtures for alignment. It effectively measures root profiles, leading/trailing edge radii and blade cross-section, thereby providing comprehensive solution for turbine blade inspection together with customized inspection reports.
